Okay all you fashionista's, I know you have been sitting on the edge of your seating just counting down when you can start your spring shopping! 

Well, the designers have finished showing all their latest runway top pick's for spring and you can officially  begin the hunt for just the right pieces that  will make a huge splash in your spring wardrobe.  I want to give you a few of my favorite trends you might want to be keeping an eye out for as you shift through the boutiques and malls on you search for the just the right piece. 

     I know you are not going to believe this, but leather is back for spring with everything from the motto jacket to a slouchy tank.  "Leather Luxe" as they call it can be found anywhere from leather collars to leather cut outs.  When you are selecting key pieces, a skirt is your first must-have and then you can  branch out to a basic black leather peplum top. (Kim Kardashian's must-have spring item!) Another hint is leather can be found in every color under the sun, so pick your favorites like cotton candy pink or bright blue,  live a little and have some fun.

     Another look you are sure to be smitten with are "Wonder Whites & Laces".  Everyone needs a crisp clean white to brighten up their spring wardrobe.

Throw out last year's dingy whites and add some fresh clean looks.  I would suggest going with a basic white blouse in any style that suits you.  I love the basic white t-shirt or little white lace tank for a layering piece or white shorts for an outing.  Layering whites together can give you a new sense of  style without going over the top.  Pull your color from a fabulous new lipstick shade or big bold color for the eyes.

     Now on to the fun side of fashion, stripes.  You can "Show Your Stripes" this spring anywhere from horizontal to vertical and anywhere in the middle.

When selecting a piece, remember the bolder the better.  You shouldn't stop with just a striped dress or top, take the striped theme all the way from suits to after five attire.  This is the season to embrace fashion with flattering stripes any way you want.
