Yes, it is finally here, the highly anticipated wonderful, beloved Marilyn inspired make-up line!  Sad to say, but this year is the 50^th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe’s death, but this blonde bombshell remains as fascinating as ever!

                This legend’s lustre and sex appeal is very apparent in the shades and formulas meticulously Marilyn.  This color collection has lipsticks in rapturous reds, gleaming Dazzleglass, a dramatic 35 Lash, False Lashes Extreme Black and Eye Shadows in shimmering metallic and diamond tones that all have the silver screen allure of Marilyn herself!  Locally you can find this collection at Saks Fifth Avenue at Utica Square, all Dillard’s locations in Tulsa, and you can also order the collection on-line from any high-end department stores like Nordstrom or Niemen Marcus!

                Tulsa’s Saks Fifth Avenue hosted an event, “Calling all Glamour Girls and the Men who Love Them! The M.A.C. counter was filled who ladies just dying to grab a peak of this glamorous collection!  Champagne, wine and Godiva chocolates were served if the night wasn’t already fabulous enough!  As I suspected, pieces of the collection had already by 5:00pm sold out, but the glamour continued on with wonderfully talented make-up artists creating the one and only “Marilyn Monroe” looks for every wannabe “Hollywood Starlet”.

                As Marilyn always said, “Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world!” We will never forget the “Seven Year Itch!”, “How to Marry A Millionaire” , “Bus Stop” and many, many more fabulous films the bombshell started in!  Marilyn, we will never forget you and will keep you in our memory.  This Fashion Icon will always have a special place in my heart!  Thank-you M.A.C. for creating this beautiful line to continue her fabulous memory!
