Yes, I am talking about the "New Day" that has been added to your shopping calendar!  Sad to say, but now retailers are starting the after "Thanksgiving Day" rush, twenty four hours earlier! Really, just  to get in more Black Friday Specials actually on your "Thanksgiving Day" holiday, I think it's PREPOSTEROUS!!!

       As if the retail world doesn't push their employees hard enough at this time of the year, with extended hours that keep getting longer & longer with each passing year! Now these genius's are taking away our " sacred time"with family and friends that only happens twice a year anyway! I think it's a darn shame, I also know "The Family" won't be happy either if you end up "missing" from the dinner table or sneak out, even before dessert!

       X-Mas and Thanksgiving are actually  the only two calendar days I won't go shopping, & I admit, I am a true Shoppaholic!!! What's really left if they take away our family time that is so rare to come by these days, anyway? I  think all us "Shopping Diva's should dig out high heels in the sand and " Just Say NO" to shopping on Thanksgiving Day!?!?!

   Maybe these smart retailers owners and managers would open there doors bright and early on Thanksgiving Day morning only to find out no one will show up, won't that be funny!!

I guess, the last laugh would be on them & they could actually go home and be with there families too!

     Hey, what a concept, holidays at home enjoying a good home cooked meal or microwaved meal with family & friends!  Let's us girl's bond together in 2012!!!  We should actually pinky swear that  each one of us won't grab our handbags & heels and high tail it out the door at 5:00am on Thanksgiving day!   Really, just to get that "New iPad" we have been dreaming of for two long months that is on SALE now forhalf off!!!! Ha ha, good luck on that one ladies!!!
