Ashley Judd has responded to internet speculation that she has gotten plastic surgery. The rumors started after the actress appeared on The Marilyn Denis Show in Toronto earlier this week, and her face appeared to be puffier than usual. “For the record, this is unequivocally not true," Judd's rep told E! News. "Ashley has been battling an ongoing, serious sinus infection and flu. Therefore, Ashley has been on a heavy dose of medication to overcome it so she could get on a plane and travel to Toronto and New York to fulfill her commitment of completing four consecutive days of press to promote her new show Missing."

Lindsay Lohan was involved in a minor car accident Tuesday night. The Mean Girls star was attempting to drive out of the parking lot of the Sayers Club in Hollywood, when she was blocked by paparazzi.  She then attempted to make a 3-point turn, when she grazed the knee and hit the car of the 26-year-old manager of the nearby Hookah Lounge and then drove off.  Cops arrived at the scene, investigated the incident and determined that no one was injured and closed the case. Witnesses tell TMZ the manager was fine after the incident and even “got up and started smoking his hookah.” But later he decided to go to the emergency room and now says he plans to file charges against Lindsay. He also has allegedly hired a lawyer. Lindsay took to Twitter to deny the allegations made against her. “Scrape? This is all a complete lie,” she Tweeted. “Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn't even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd."

TMZ has uncovered information about ousted American Idol Jermaine Jones’ criminal history. According to the site, Jones has had multiple run-ins with the law, and repeatedly lied to police.  In one incident from last March, Jones got into a fight at a Howard Johnson hotel and gave cops the fake name Joel Jones. He was charged with public nuisance and obstruction of justice. Jones also gave cops a fake name in November 2011, when he was a passenger in a car that was pulled over in New Jersey. He told cops his name was Kareem Watkins, and was then charged with hindering apprehension and giving false information to avoid self-discovery. He was arrested for having four outstanding warrants, three for driving on a suspended license and one for disorderly conduct with an open container. Meanwhile, sources add that Jermaine was “very aggressive” behind the scenes at Idol and screamed at a staff member because he didn’t care for his wardrobe.

Charlize Theron is a new mom. The Oscar winner announced yesterday that she has adopted a baby boy. “Charlize Theron has adopted a child,” read a statement from the 36-year-old’s publicist.  “She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson." A source tells Us Weekly Charlize’s son was born in the United States and is African-American.

Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina was caught kissing 22-year-old Nick Gordon in Atlanta yesterday, virtually confirming the rumors that the pair is romantically involved. Nick has been described by some people as Whitney’s unofficial “adopted” son. He has been living with the family for roughly ten years, when Whitney took him in after discovering he was having problems at home.

Earlier this month, Jessica Simpson announced she and fiancé Eric Johnson were expecting a baby girl, and while she wouldn’t reveal the name they had chosen for the child, an insider has leaked the information. A source tells In Touch the couple plans to name the baby “Maxwell,” and will call her “Maxi” for short. Maxwell is Eric’s grandmother’s maiden name and is also Eric’s middle name.  The source adds that the couple also considered the name “Zinfandel.”

Apparently Jennifer Lopez doesn’t follow her manager’s advice when it comes to her personal life!  In the April  Vogue, Benny Medina, Lopez’s manager and business partner of several years, reveals why she isn’t able to maintain a healthy relationship with a man –  “HE SAID – I wish she would give herself time to just naturally meet someone, instead of having obsessive guys pursue her.”  J-LO ADMITS IT BY SAYING -  I’m 42 with a 24-year-old. Why?’  Somebody who steps in right now and is actually touching me in a way – it’s very fertile ground!’”
