Over the weekend, The Daily Mail claimed that Jennifer Aniston may be pregnant, after she reportedly told her agents that she wanted to take a break from movies for awhile. But Gossip Cop reports that the story is not true, and on Sunday, Aniston and boyfriend Justin Theroux were spotted out together and it didn't look like she had a bun in the oven.

During Sunday night’s American Idol, Jim Carrey’s daughter Jane auditioned for the judges, and to probably no one’s surprise, it has now come out that the 24-year-old received special treatment from producers. Unlike most Idol wannabes, who camp out for hours for a chance to audition, Jane got an express pass to the judges. “She didn’t have to sleep outside and wait for hours hoping to audition like everyone else,” a source told the site “She basically had an appointment and showed up!” The insider adds that Jane’s audition was “pre-arranged with producers…she had a time, she showed up and went in.” There’s no word whether the judges knew about Jane’s VIP treatment.

Halle Berry is expected in court today, reportedly over an incident that occurred between her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry and their daughter Nahla’s nanny. TMZ reports that Gabriel is being investigated for battery and child endangerment (both misdemeanors) after allegedly pushing the nanny while she was holding Nahla. The police report states that Gabriel was supposed to bring Nahla to school on Wednesday but kept her home. When the nanny, who works for both Halle and Gabriel, went to pick up the child at school she found out that the child wasn’t there and then confronted Gabriel about why the 3-year-old was kept home. That’s when the model flew into a rage, screaming “You're the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to f**king know anything." He then allegedly pushed the nanny out the door with Nahla in her arms.

The nanny is claiming she was injured in the incident. 

TRACY MORGAN is having a rough time at the Sundance Film Festival. TMZ.com reports he fell unconscious after being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards and was immediately rushed to the hospital last Sunday night. Despite rumors he appeared intoxicated onstage, his rep claims it was simply a combination of "exhaustion and altitude," any reports of alcohol consumption are "100% false" and sends his gratitude to the Park City Medical Center.
