Charlie Sheen seemed to be back to his outrageous ways last week, telling TMZ Live that his Two and a Half Men replacement Ashton Kutcher "sucks" at his new job. Charlie told the site, "I'm tired of lying ... I'm tired of pretending the show doesn't suck ... I'm tired of pretending Ashton doesn't suck." Well, Charlie has now had a change of heart and has issued an apology to his replacement. "Dear Ashton, My bad.  I was disrespectful to a man doing his best," he wrote. "I got excited and I threw you into the crossfire, but the rest of my statement I stand behind. You however, deserve better.  Safety in your travels good sir."

Justin Bieber is writing another book.  Justin's first book, First Step 2 Forever: My Story, sold over one million copies since its release in October 2010, and now he's working on Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started, which is due out in the fall. The new book will give fans an up close and personal look at their favorite pop star, and will include exclusive photos and quotes from behind the scenes of his tour, and the recording of a new album.  "Being able to share my story with my fans through these books is an absolute privilege," said the 17-year-old. "I can't wait to show them more about my life on tour and in the studio in this next book."

Nick Jonas is single again. The pop star, currently appearing in the Broadway musical How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, has split from his Australian pop star girlfriend Delta Goodrem after ten months of dating. "Nick and Delta have decided to mutually end their relationship," her rep confirmed to People in a statement. "At this point in time, they are both focused on their careers as they go on different paths. They remain friends and wish each other the best for the future."

Kim and Khloe Kardashian may soon find themselves mixed up in a class action lawsuit. Back in 2009, the two sisters were paid to appear in ads for the diet product QuickTrim, and posed in bikinis to show off their new slim bodies. Well, the New York Post reports that the New Jersey-based company Windmill Health Products, which distributes QuickTrim, may soon be sued over the product's high levels of caffeine which the FDA says is "not safe or effective for weight loss." The law firm of Bursor & Fisher, which has won or settled cases against firms peddling products like the hair loss remedy Avacor and diet supplement Xenadrine, has been retained by a client who purchased the diet supplement and is said to be preparing a suit against the company.

The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton yesterday revealed that she and Prince William have named their new black cocker spaniel puppy Lupo. The Duchesss was visiting school children at the Rose Hill Primary School, when a little boy handed her a stuffed dog and she suggested it be named after her own pooch, Lupo. As for how they came up with the moniker, a royal source explains, "they liked the name. They like the play on the word for wolf." (Lupo is Italian for wolf.)

Is Drew Barrymore expecting? The actress, who turns 37 today, was photographed over the weekend leaving a doctor's office with fiancé Will Kopelman, holding what appears to be a sonogram.  Barrymore and Kopelman announced their engagement a few months ago. When asked whether the actress was pregnant, Drew's gave TMZ a "no comment."
