MILEY CYRUS added to her extensive tattoo collection over the weekend. Photographers for TMZ.com caught the teen queen popping into a joint called Studio City Tattoo last Saturday night where she proudly inked the phrase: "Love Never Dies" on the inside of her left bicep.

Bethenny Frankel revealed on the Today Show yesterday that she recently suffered a miscarriage. The reality show star, whose Bravo series Bethenny Ever After returned for its third season last night, said she was eight weeks along when she lost the baby.  "That was a very emotional experience," the 41-year-old, who welcomed baby Bryn with husband Jason Hoppy in May 2010, says. "Until you become a woman, you don't know the things that come with it." As for whether she and Jason are trying again for another child, Bethenny said, "I'm not really thinking about it. I have thought about other women more than myself," adding,  "I can't believe what people go through if they can't even have the one. ... You go through a roller coaster of emotions about it."

Isn’t it annoying when rich people just get richer? Well, that’s what happened over the weekend when Paris Hilton won $30,000 playing black jack at the Wynn casino in Las Vegas. And what makes matters worse, Paris actually bragged about it, tweeting the news to all her followers.  Paris was in Sin City Saturday celebrating her 31st birthday, and called her winnings, “birthdaygirlsluck.”

Finally! Jessica wears that ring already! Since they’ve announced their engagement, Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel basically went into hiding! Jessica finally publicly flaunted her new accessory in New York City on Saturday night at the SNL after-party.

There had to be an auction, but so soon? A black velvet dress that belonged to Whitney Houston and a pair of earrings she wore in "The Bodyguard" will be sold to the highest bidder next month.  But could it be too soon to profit from Houston's passing? She was just buried on Saturday.  "It's a celebration of her life," the auctioneer Julien said. "Don’t hide these things in fear that you're going to offend someone — her life is to be celebrated.”
