Russell Brand is not going after ex-wife Katy Perry's money. According to California law, Brand would be entitled to approximately $20 mil of Katy's fortune, but Brand isn't taking any of it. "The divorce is as amicable as it gets," said a source. Russell's lawyers filed the pair's final divorce papers on Tuesday, although they won't become official until June 30th because there's a six month waiting period. According to the papers, the former couple has reached a “comprehensive written settlement,” and Katy has chosen to restore her maiden name, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson. Oh, and Kathy signed her name with a smiley face.

On Wednesday's Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ellen addressed the family values group OneMillionMoms.com which has started a campaign to get JC Penney to remove her as a spokesperson because of her sexual orientation.  “I’m proud and happy to say that JC Penney stuck by their decision to make me their spokesperson. Which is great news for me because I also need some new crew socks. I’m really going to clean up with this discount.” OneMillionMoms.com argued that hiring a lesbian as a spokesperson goes against traditional family values, to which Ellen responded, "If you’re just watching maybe for the first time or you’re just getting to know me, I want to be clear. Here are the values I stand for: I stand for honesty, equality, kindness, compassion, treating people the way you’d want to be treated and helping those in need. To me, those are traditional values."

Little Harper Seven, David and Victoria Beckham’s adorable daughter, manages to make even baby barfing cute.  The 7-month old darling was cradled in her mom’s arms when she spit up all over her designer coat — let’s hope she has a good dry cleaner!
