Some details regarding the sudden death of Nick and Aaron Carter's sister Leslie earlier this week have been released. According to a police report, the 25-year-old died of an apparent overdose and had been taking medication for depression. According to her half-sister Ginger, Leslie had "a long history of mental illness," and appeared depressed earlier in the week.  On the morning of her death, Leslie fell down while taking a shower, and Ginger helped her lie down. At first she appeared to be sleeping, but then she stopped breathing, prompting her father to start CPR and call 911. She was pronounced dead at the hospital. According to authorities, medication for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and anxiety, along with a muscle relaxer, were found near the body.

Actor Avery Brooks, best known for playing Capt. Benjamin Sisko on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Hawk on the 80s series Spenser for Hire, was arrested in Connecticut Sunday and charged with driving under the influence. Cops pulled the 63-year-old over in Norwalk after receiving a complaint about his driving. He is due to be arraigned next week.
