Katherine Heigl is a mom again. The National Enquirer was first to report that the former Grey’s Anatomy star and husband Josh Kelley quietly adopted an 8-day-old baby girl from Louisiana earlier this month.  This isn’t Katherine and Josh’s first adoption. They adopted daughter Naleigh from South Korea in 2009.

A Los Angeles judge yesterday named Britney Spears’ fiancé Jason Trawick a co-conservator over the pop singer. Trawick will join Spears’ father Jamie, who is still a conservator, and they’ll both help manage Brit’s personal affairs. Jason will not be involved in handling Britney’s  assets.

Bobby Brown yesterday made a plea deal in connection with his DUI arrest last month in California.   A lawyer for the pop star pled no contest to a misdemeanor DUI charge on his behalf. Brown was sentenced to three years probation and a day in LA jail.  He was also fined $390 and must attend a 90-day alcohol education program.
