Mel Gibson is understandably upset that director Joe Eszterhas released an audio recording of him exploding into an expletive-filled rage during a trip to Costa Rica in December. According to TMZ, the Braveheart star is thinking about suing Joe because he believes he has a “basic human right,” not to be secretly recorded in his own home.  Mel’s lawyers are said to be looking into Costa Rican law to see if any laws were violated.

Just two weeks ago Lindsay Lohan allegedly got into a fight at the Smoke and Mirrors nightclub at The Standard Hotel, and Wednesday she returned to the scene of the crime. TMZ reports Lindsay was at the club again this week, and got into yet another altercation, which ended with Lindsay getting a drink thrown at her. According to the site, Lindsay was a passenger in a car that hit another vehicle as they arrived at the hotel. The Mean Girls star then called her dad Michael to help and he showed up at the club. The pair hung out at Smoke and Mirrors, with neither of them drinking any booze.   As the club was getting ready to close, a woman in an adjoining booth made a crack about Lindsay being there with her dad, prompting Lindsay to tell the woman to “Shut the f**k up.” The woman responded by throwing a drink at the actress. Michael then grabbed his daughter and high-tailed it out of there.
