The Parents Television Council isn't too happy about the naked singer featured on X Factor last week. During Wednesday night's premiere, contestant Geo Godley dropped his pants while singing for the judges. Of course TV audiences didn't see the man's private parts because they were covered by a big "X" but that isn't good enough for the PTC. “Perhaps the ‘X’ in X Factor stands for the MPAA rating,” said PTC president Tim Winter, whose organization filed a complaint with the FCC Friday morning. “The prolonged, previously videotaped footage of a contestant dancing nude on the X Factor stage represents a conscious decision by the producers – with the approval of the network’s broadcast standards department – to intentionally air this content in front of millions of families during hours when they knew full well that children would be watching. Families were led to believe the X Factor would be family-friendly programming

Lindsay Lohan's latest hookup is causing a scandal. According to the New York Post, Lindsay has been getting close to millionaire hotelierVikram Chatwal,  who is technically still married, a fact Lindsay apparently didn't know. Vikram married Indian model Priya Sachdev in 2006 but they later separated. The couple has a daughter together and is reportedly still close. The paper reports that Lindsay has been staying at Vikram's New York home for the past few days, but was ordered to leave before Priya arrived from India with their daughter, and Linds wasn't very happy about it. In fact, Lindsay was so mad that when she discovered Vikram was hosting a dinner at the Dream hotel in New York, she crashed it and confronted the millionaire and his ex. "That’s when the trouble started. Priya was very dignified, but Lindsay was so rude," claims a source. "She acted as if she’d had no idea Vikram was married, and tried to make it clear that Vikram was her friend. Others had to step in to calm things down.” But Lindsay's rep insists she and Vikram are just "friends," adding, "there is absolutely no romance going on between them."

Army Wives' star Kim Delaney has had problems with substance abuse in the past, and judging by her latest appearance they may not be over. The actress was at an event in Philadelphia honoring U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, but had to be escorted off the stage because she was slurring her way through a speech. The embarrassing incident occurred in front of several high ranking U.S. officials. Click here to see for yourself.

The romance is over yet again for Kat Von D and Jesse James. The couple, who ended their engagement in July, only to reconcile in August, is no longer together.  "I am not in a relationship," the tattoo artist posted on her Facebook page Saturday. "And I apologize for all the 'back and forth' if it's caused any confusion."   As for what went wrong,  Kat told People, “It was clear to me that we were just on two different paths in life. My friend put it best when he said I could never be more deserving of total, noble love. And as a woman, I think it's important to know your value and never lose sight of that."
