It looks as though it really may be over for Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. Sources tell Radaronline that the couple has been in Kaballah counseling for weeks trying to save their marriage, but after Ashton slept with Sara Leal, Demi decided there was no way she could ever forgive him. “She is completely stressed out,” the source said. “She’s devastated.” According to The Mail, Demi has already consulted a divorce lawyer about ending the marriage. “Miss Moore has been totally humiliated,” claims an industry insider. “On Friday, therefore, she consulted a lawyer about getting a divorce.”  Ashton and Demi were actually seen in the same room together Friday. They both attended Kabbalah services in Los Angeles, although they sat on opposite sides of the aisle from each other (a custom at the Kabbalah Center). Ashton reportedly gave Demi a hug after the service.

Crisis was averted Friday for fans of The Simpsons. After a contract battle between Fox and the voice actors threatened the long-running show with cancellation, all the stars agreed to return for two more seasons, and the network announced that the animated series had been renewed for a 24th and 25th season.  The network had wanted the cast to take a 45% pay cut, and while Fox did not reveal the terms of the new deal, sources claim the cast accepted a 30% pay cut for 22 episodes, which would amount to about $300,000 per episode. Early on Friday, star Harry Shearer spoke  out about the contract dispute. Shearer, the voice of several characters including Ned Flanders and Principal Skinner, released a statement in which he said that for years, the cast has been trying to get the network to give them, "a tiny share of the billions of dollars in profits the show has earned." "Fox has consistently refused to even consider the matter," he explained. "Instead, its paid us salaries that, while ridiculous by any normal standard, pale in comparison to what the show's profit participants have been taking home." Shearer said he'd have been willing to take a 70% pay cut if the network would just offer him a percentage of the profits.

Billy Bob Thornton's estranged daughter Amanda Brumfield was sentenced to 20 years in prison last week. The 32-year-old was convicted of aggravated manslaughter of a child in May. In October 2008, Brumfield was babysitting one-year-old Olivia Madison Garcia, her goddaughter, when the child died in her care. She was found not guilty of murder, but guilty of the lesser charge. Brumfield claims the child hit her head trying to climb out of her playpen.

Oakland Raiders owner AL DAVIS died over the weekend at the age of 82. Davis established the Raiders and had a reputation for fighting the establishment, as when he fought successfully in court to move his team to Los Angeles, and then again for the rights to the L-A market, even after he'd moved the team back to the Bay Area. He's seen as one of the most important figures in NFL history and vital to making the league successful.

Sick Bay: Aging actress ZSA ZSA GABOR, who's now 94, was rushed to UCLA's Ronald Reagan Medical Center Saturday after she had slipped into unconsciousness and was running a high fever. But now her husband, Prince FREDERIC von ANHALT, said later that her fever was down and she was responding to the meds.
Also in sick bay: Driving a cab in the Big Apple is one of the most dangerous professions on earth, but hailing one isn't a walk in the park, either. The NY Post's Page Six gossip column reports PAUL SORVINO was trying to catch a ride at noon last Friday and got hit by a car in the process. His rep says the "Goodfella" was "in shock," one side of his body was bruised, but will be okay after a trip to St. Luke's Hospital. The tough-as-nails actor had very little time to recover, his mouth piece claims he was dead-set on accepting his Italian-American Man of the Year Award in Orange County, New York, the same night.

Michael Jackson's Kids Appeared Onstage at This Weekend's Tribute Concert in Wales. . . But Jennifer Hudson and Chris Brown Did Not. Jennifer said it was “Production Issues” for Chris Brown he couldn’t get a VISA because of his violent past!  The Black Eyed Peas?  Well there is talk they are breaking up!
