New photos of Kate Gosselin surfaced last week that caused many to speculate on whether she’s had more plastic surgery. Dr. Jennifer Walden, a plastic surgeon who looked at the pictures of the 36-year-old mother of eight, said it appeared Gosselin had a face and necklift. Walden also said it looked like Gosselin possibly had an eyelid lift for younger appearing eyes, Botox to the forehead and a nose job that lowered and straightened the bridge of her nose. Last year, Gosselin ‘fessed up to having a tummy tuck, but adamantly denied getting a boob job or using Botox. The former KatePlus 8 star began her new job last week as a blogger for a coupon site.

JUDGE DENIES SELENA’S REQUEST FOR RESTRAINING ORDER!

A judge in Los Angeles has denied Selena Gomez a permanent restraining order against her alleged stalker. The judge refused to hear the singer’s request because the suspect, Thomas Brodnicki, was unable to appear in court. He’s currently in a mental hospital. The judge did, however, extend a temporary restraining order. The next hearing is scheduled for Jan. 6.

ALI DITCHES HER RING!

Things are really over for Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky and former fiancé Roberto Martinez. She’s already given back the engagement ring! According to RadarOnline.com, the 27-year-old gave the $50,000 diamond ring back to jeweler Neil Lane - who had donated the ring to the couple as part of the show. And get this – she returned it less than 24 hours after splitting with Martinez! She must have really wanted that ring out of her life.

JEN AND JUSTIN STAYING IN SWANKY LA HOTEL!

We know Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have been looking for a place together. But in the meantime, they’ve been shacking up in the plush Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles. The couple is shelling out around $60,000 to stay for three months. Hotel staff says that with room service and generous tips their final tab could easily reach $100,000. The couple reportedly celebrated their six-month anniversary by the hotel pool with Kristal champagne and Beluga caviar.

JUSTIN’S BABY MAMA DRAMA CONTINUES!

Mariah Yeater, the 20-year-old who claims to be Justin Bieber’s baby mama, is going to submit her infant son Tristyn’s DNA for testing, according to her legal team.  Bieber recently took a DNA test himself to prove that he’s not the father of Yeater’s baby, but lawyers for Yeater have called the test into question since no one from their team was present to verify that proper protocol was followed.  Yeater filed a paternity suit against Bieber at the end of October claiming he impregnated her backstage at a concert in Los Angeles in 2010.  She later withdrew the suit, but hired new legal counsel and is now apparently pursuing settlement negotiations.  Bieber’s team continues to deny the allegations.
