Selena Gomez had quite a scare last week when Baylor, the puppy she and boyfriend Justin Bieber adopted last month, swallowed some rocks, causing him to fall violently ill. On Friday, Selena posted a picture of the curled up dog, with the tweet, "My baby is sick :( praying for his surgery." Well, lucky for Selena and Baylor, he did not require surgery, and passed the rocks on his own.

The bed Michael Jackson died in is no longer for sale.  Julien’s Auction house is conducting an auction on December 17^th of items from the home Michael was renting when he died on June 25^th, 2009. Initially, the headboard from the bed where Jackson died was going to be sold (asking price between $3,000 and $5,000), but the company has removed the item at the request of the Jackson family.

MURRAY HAS LOST WILL TO LIVE!

In other Michael Jackson news…TMZ reports that Dr. Conrad Murray, who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the King of Pop’s death, is telling friends who visit him in jail that he has lost the will to live. Murray has reportedly told several people that he wants to kill himself. Finally, TMZ reports that Murray’s lawyers plan to ask that the judge sentence their client to probation, instead of the maximum he faces, four years in jail.  Sentencing is set to take place November 29^th.

JOHNNY DEPP has no plans to be buried or burned when his number comes up, the "Pirates" star wants to be drank! Johnny tells <strong>AbsoluteNow.comhe might have his body submerged in a whiskey cask and have mourners take a sip.

Several organizations are petitioning to get Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and the rest of the Kardashian clan off the airwaves!  "In a grass roots effort, people have collected [thousands of] signatures for a petition asking E! Entertainment to remove the Kardashian suite of shows from their programming”.  They  feel that these shows are mostly staged and place an emphasis on vanity, greed, promiscuity, and vulgarity and remember that the Kardashian family fame largely started with a 'leaked' tape."

Kate Gosselin has said that life without a reality star’s wages “is scary” since the end of Kate Plus Eight.  But she doesn’t seem to have cut back too much on continuing to employ a bodyguard to “protect” her when she is out and about.  So if Gosselin is so strapped for cash, how can she afford a bodyguard? And why does she need one when other reality stars (past and present) don’t?  Speculation is still out that she and Steve Neild have something more going on.
