Tracy Morgan has apologized for a recent stand-up routine which was filled with homophobic "jokes." Morgan took the stage at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on June 3^rd, and went off on a anti-gay rant. "Gays need to quit being p**sies and not be whining about something as insignificant as bullying," said the 30 Rock star. "Gay is something that kids learn from the media and programming." Those comments seem somewhat tame compared to his jokes about the possibility of having a gay son. Tracy told the crowd that his son, "better talk to me like a man and not in a gay voice or I'll pull out a knife and stab that little n**ger to death."  He later told the crowd, "I don't "f*cking care if I piss off some gays, because if they can take a f*cking d**k up their ass... they can take a f*cking joke."  Realizing he went too far, Morgan issued an apology on Friday. "I want to apologize to my fans and the gay & lesbian community for my choice of words at my recent stand-up act in Nashville," he said in a statement. "I’m not a hateful person and don’t condone any kind of violence against others. While I am an equal opportunity jokester, and my friends know what is in my heart, even in a comedy club this clearly went too far and was not funny in any context.” Meanwhile, amid all this controversy, Morgan was actually honored over the weekend. The 30 Rock star was named outstanding actor in a comedy series at the 51st Monte Carlo Television Festival.

Britney Spears is taking another shot at marriage. The UK press reports that Britney and boyfriend Jason Trawick are engaged and are planning to tie the knot in Hawaii once her upcoming tour is over. Sources tell The Sun that Trawick, who up until last month was Britney's manager, proposed by writing a romantic poem and filling her Los Angeles mansion with candles and roses. This will be Britney's third time down the aisle. She was previously married to Kevin Federline for two years, and childhood friend Jason Alexander for 55 hours.

Jennifer Hudson was hospitalized Friday morning after coming down with a bad case of food poisoning. Her rep tells TMZ that after she finished performing on Good Morning America, the Oscar winner "went to the hospital due to severe abdominal pains." She was treated and released.

Selena Gomez was rushed to the hospital last week after taping an appearance on “The Tonight Show” and the doctors still aren’t sure what’s causing her to have blood pressure issues…and she is NOT pregnant!

Now there’s talk that Rep. Anthony Weiner used his blackberry to take pics of himself in the House Members Gym in the basement of the Rayburn House Office Building.  So, did he use Congressional resources during his cyber affairs?
