Pop singer Gavin DeGraw was released from a New York hospital yesterday, where he was treated for injuries suffered after being attacked by multiple assailants on the streets of New York early Monday morning. Cops say DeGraw’s memory of the incident isn’t that clear, but what is known is that he got into some type of verbal argument with a group at around 4 am, which eventually escalated into violence. Somehow after the attack, an injured DeGraw walked almost a mile and got clipped by a cab, before a bystander called 911. The bystander says DeGraw’s shirt was bloody and he appeared to be drunk.  Upon his release, DeGraw tweeted an update about his condition. “Hi my friends. Honestly, I don’t remember much,” he wrote. “I only know I can recover from here. Thank u all for your genuine concern. I love u guys.”

Artist Daniel Edwards, whose past sculptures include a nude Paris Hilton and her dog and a nude Britney Spears giving birth, has created a bronze statue of teen couple sensation Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber. And similar to Edwards’ other sculptures, the two stars are nude. Since they’re both teens, the stars’ private parts are covered  - Justin’s by a maple leaf (he’s from Canada) and Gomez’s with a Lone Star (she’s from Texas).

BRAD WORRIED ANGELINA WILL HURT HIM IN HER SLEEP!

The National Enquirer is reporting that Angelina Jolie has been having some severe nightmares, and it's causing Brad Pitt to worry. The tab claims the nightmares involve Jolie stabbing her father Jon Voight. "She awoke one night screaming bloody murder. Brad calmed her down," claims a source. "Brad's greatest fear must be that the nightmares will continue and Angie could wind up sleepwalking and unknowingly become violent with him."

It took a TRAIN to kill off Charlie Sheen on "Two and a Half Men" -- we're told he gets run over by a subway train in Paris, after slipping off the platform and BLOWS UP."  But Charlie Sheen is elated -- telling us, "I am honored that it took something as large and violent as an oncoming train to terminate my character."  "Anything less would have been an insult!"

Katherine Schwarzenegger, 21, the oldest child of Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger, broke her silence on her parents recent very public split and admitted how difficult the situation can be.  “I really do believe everything happens for a reason, "A lot of the time, it's hard to understand in the moment why things are happening, I also like to think God doesn't really give you anything you can't handle."

Kobe Bryant sent a strong message to the Lakers last week -- showing the team he isn't being reckless with his body during the NBA lockout ... by treating himself to a FABULOUS mani/pedi.   He’s considering playing pro basketball in either Turkey or China this upcoming season but for now, rolled over to the Happy Nails salon in Newport Beach.
