ABC has chosen new 'LIVE! With Kelly' co-host
ABC announced today that "LIVE! With Kelly" has hired a permanent co-host for Kelly Ripa. No word yet on who the host will be. Since Regis Philbin left the show in November, Ripa has had 59 guest hosts. Some popular prospects for the gig include Seth Meyers, Nick Lachey, Josh Groban and Michael Strahan. Ripa's new co-host will be revealed when he or she walks on set on September 4th. The guests for that morning will be "Homeland" actress Claire Danes and "American Idol's" Phillip Phillips.
