Kris Humphries doesn't want to get divorced from his wife of 72 days -- he's reportedly asking that a judge annul his marriage to Kim Kardashian instead.

Radar Online is reporting that Kris is taking this position because he's a religious guy and "he absolutely plans on getting married again. Since the marriage only lasted 72 days, Kris feels that an annulment is appropriate. Kris will formally declare on the documents that he is seeking a legal separation from Kim."

Star magazine, meanwhile, says that Kim's camp is floating the rumor that the marriage failed because Kris is actually gay. Gossip Cop refutes that notion, accusing Star of "desperately and shamelessly trying to create another twist in the Kardashian divorce soap opera in order to sell magazines."
