Photographers may want to think twice before chasing down Justin Bieber. The California Highway Patrol has recommended that prosecutors file two charges against the paparazzo accused of pursuing the Bieb on L.A.'s 101 freeway. If they do, he would be the first charged with a new law prohibiting paparazzi from endangering people while trying to shoot photos or video. The second charge is for reckless driving.
If convicted on the new law, the as-yet unidentified photographer could face a year in jail.
