JUSTIN BIEBER: Paparazzi Case Tossed Out

A Los Angeles judge has thrown out charges against a photographer who allegedly pursued Justin Bieber through the streets of L.A. at high speeds earlier this year. The chase ultimately got the Bieb pulled over by cops.

Paul Raef was the first person charged under a new California law designed to keep paparazzi from driving recklessly in the pursuit of the money shot. But Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Thomas Robinson called the state's anti-paparazzi law "problematic" and "overly inclusive," saying it was written too broadly to be enforced.

Raef could have faced up to a year in prison and $3500 in fines, if convicted.
