Justin Bieber's adventures with the paparazzi continue, but this time some good news -- he won't be charged for his role in an altercation with a shutterbug in May.
Justin had been accused of misdemeanor battery for allegedly getting into a scrape with a photog in California. But because of conflicting witness accounts and an overall lack of evidence, the D.A. has decided not to go forward with the case.
Earlier this week, the Bieb had another run-in with a photographer, when he stopped his car in the middle of a freeway and berated the guy before getting back behind the wheel and moving on.
