Giuliana Rancic back to work

Giuliana Rancic returned to work on the set of E! News this week, two weeks after undergoing a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery.
In a statement, she says, "Even though I moved a tad slower than usual today, everyone welcomed me back with open arms and it was a wonderful homecoming."
The 37-year-old had the surgery on December 13th after lumpectomies failed to eradicate her breast cancer.
