Snooki’s made a lot of lifestyle changes since her days in Seaside on Jersey Shore. Not only is she no longer peeing behind bars and getting arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct, but she’s living a crazy healthy life and being a responsible, awesome mom to boot. And anyone who’s seen Snooks lately can agree she looks amazing.
So how’d she manage to lose so much weight in such a short time period? Snooki recently shared her secrets with Life & Style, and, unsurprisingly, it all amounts to hard work and discipline.
And, as we’ve guessed, her weight loss is owed mostly to the fact that she spends an impressive amount of hours at the gym each week with her trainer, Anthony Michael, who we already know from her fitness videos on YouTube. Snooki’s training includes cardio and five days of strength training per week — phew! We’re tired just thinking about it.
“I used to hate going to the gym, but now I love it,” Snooki said. “I lift very heavy weights, and I’m strong.”
We can’t disagree with that. Remember when Snooki showed us how she could leg press 225 pounds — A.K.A. about one million times her weight.
