We’re in the homestretch and counting down the hours until Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici exchange wedding vows on January 26 — but the couple admits they are a little more concerned with what’s going to happen after they say “I do” in front of 225 guests, if you catch our drift. Bow chicka wow wow, indeed.
The former Bachelor star — who is a self-admitted born-again virgin — and his bride-to-be opened up about the big, ahem, night with In Touch. It’s been almost a year since Sean proposed to Catherine on the March 11, 2013 finale of his season, but Sean has no regrets about the long wait.
“I think we know each other a lot better now,” he tells the mag. “You have to work at being in a healthy relationship, which we have done, and we both know why we’re great for each other. We both know the things that were lacking in ourselves and, together, we overcome those things.”
As SeanCat shippers, we have to agree.
Catherine credits waiting to seal the deal as what helped them grow closer and what made their relationship stronger. “Since I met him, I have always been attracted to him … but every day I’ve gotten to learn more and more about him; it’s kind of like we’ve merged into one inseparable person,” she says. “I can’t wait to solidify that bond!”
Get ready, Sean. Catherine is coming for you.
