Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's trial date is fast approaching. So how much of the legal drama will we see when RHoNJ returns for Season 6? Andy Cohen is filling us in on what we can anticipate.
Teresa and husband Joe have been hit with federal bank fraud charges and could face up to 50 years in prison. Their trial had been set to start this month, but it has been pushed back to April 2014.
Filming on RHoNJ Season 6 didn't get underway until December 2013, with speculation being that Bravo was waiting to start filming so that cameras would still be rolling when Teresa's courtroom drama begins. But just how much of the legal battle will we get to see?
"With Teresa, we're shooting New Jersey now, and that's very much the reality of what she's going through," Andy tells TV Guide. "It will very much be a part of the show next season. We cover it in the way that we can."
Meanwhile, Teresa appeared on Good Morning America and discussed how she's dealing with the situation as a mom. "I can't just be upset and crawl up in a ball and just go in a room and and lock the door," Teresa explains.
Do you think Teresa's legal issues will be a major storyline next season?
