Hanna (Ashley Benson) may be coming to town on the epic Season 1 finale of Ravenswood, but all eyes are on Miranda (Nicole Gale Anderson) when the teens come face-to-face with Abaddon. What will be revealed about the curse? And if Caleb & Co. break the curse, what will happen to Miranda?
Wetpaint Entertainment recently chatted with the stars of the spooky ABC Family, and we got the scoop on the heart-stopping climatic scene.
“You definitely see a new side of Miranda,” teased Brett Dier (Luke). “And it’s different than what we’ve seen so far. It’s pretty cool.” Merritt Patterson (Olivia) added: “We learn some interesting stuff about Miranda and her situation in the finale.”
Interesting. We wonder if this has anything to do with the reappearance of Original Caleb. According to Tyler Blackburn, Miranda’s life has been “compromised” and now it’s up to them to figure out a way to save their friend. When it comes to a show like Ravenswood, there’s also always a possibility that Miranda could have another friend join her on the Other Side.
“We’re definitely all at risk all the time,” Britne Oldford (Remy) told us. “The stakes have definitely risen throughout these last few episodes, but they’re no less as high as they have been.” Well, that’s oddly reassuring, right?
If Miranda does find a way to come back to life, or at least take a physical form in the world of the living, that would certainly be confusing for Caleb, who’s been struggling with his feelings for the teenage ghost. But at least we'd be treated to more scenes between Miranda and her uncle, Raymond Collins. There's a lot of family history to be discussed.
It looks like we’ll have to wait until tonight’s big finale for the answers to our burning questions, but knowing Ravenswood, we’ll have even more to ponder.
