Prince Harry is leaving behind the daring life of an army combat helicopter pilot for a desk job.
Kensington Palace announced Friday that the daring royal – who flew an Apache helicopter in two tours of Afghanistan – will now be stationed in London as a staff officer helping to “co-ordinate significant projects and commemorative events involving the Army in London.”
The 29-year-old prince is also expected to take on more royal duties like his brother Prince William. William left his adventurous job as a search and rescue helicopter pilot last year following the birth of his son Prince George and is now focused almost exclusively on his royal life.
One plus for the office job in London is Harry will get to spend more time with his beautiful girlfriend Cressida Bonas. Could another royal wedding be on the horizon?
