After 33 years, the heavy metal band Motley Crue is going on it’s final tour, RumorFix has confirmed.
During a Hollywood news conference at Beacher’s Mad House Theater, the farewell tour was symbolized by headstones with each of the band members Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee and Mick Marks. “We want to leave a legacy — we want to have dignity,” Nikki said. Mick added, “We love each other like brothers. Let’s go out on top!”
Tommy said, “We take a lot of pride from production to involving fans in the show.”
The tour producers say the band will hit at least 62 cities and tickets will be as low as $20 so every fan is able to attend. Alice Cooper, who says he’s their “spiritual advisor” will open for them.
What’s next for the band members?
Tickets go on sale Friday.
