Brandi Glanville’s claims that Kyle Richards was the source of recent rumors regarding Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken’s former financial problems may have seemed like little more than a way for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star to deflect blame from herself, but as it turns out, Brandi may be telling some version of the truth.
Just last week, Brandi claimed that Kyle had told her that Lisa and Ken had once filed for bankruptcy and owned a home in Calabasas, claims that Lisa and Ken adamantly denied. Now Kyle setting the record straight, telling her Facebook followers that Brandi was simply confused about the reality of the situation.
“Brandi must have misunderstood an innocuous conversation we had in which we discussed the fact that Ken himself had made a speech at a party in their home where he said that he and Lisa had owned businesses and properties in Calabasas and discussed the course of their journey,” explained Kyle.
As for those pesky bankruptcy claims — the ones Lisa and Ken have called slander — Kyle says she had nothing to do with them. “The other claim made did not come up in this conversation and is not something I have heard,” wrote the reality star.
Do you think that Brandi simply misunderstood what Kyle had said about Lisa and Ken, or was there malicious intent behind these rumors? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
