Michael Girgenti isn’t backing down on his claim that Kourtney Kardashian’s son Mason belongs to him and not Scott Disick.
The male model filed a paternity lawsuit against the reality star on Thursday insisting that the alleged sexual encounter they had in March 2009 resulted in the birth of son Mason. His claims? The striking resemblance between him and the child.
In legal Docs, the 34-year-old says of Mason, “After he was born and I saw photos of him. I began to wonder. I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he’s my kid. He deserves to know his real father.”
Furthermore, Girgenti, who also wants the judge to order a DNA test for Kourt, Scott, Mason and him, claims Kourt sent him a text in 2009 saying that she and Scott were “on the outs,” and that the two later met up in Glendale where they “had unprotected vaginal sex,” adding, “I ejaculated inside [Kourtney's] vagina.”
A hearing is reportedly set for next month.
