Justin Bieber didn’t have a great start to his Wednesday. At around 4:30 a.m. this morning the 19-year-old was pulled over in Calabasas, California, after he drove through a stop sign near his home, says TMZ.
And soon the news got even worse for the King of the Twerk; law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the Canadian native didn’t have a valid license to drive in California, something all new residents must have within 10 days of moving to the state.
Justin, by the by, bought his new home in Calabasas back in June, which seems to imply he should have gotten a new license soon after. Bummer, Biebs.
Thankfully, Justin didn’t make matters worse and reportedly cooperated with the police during the stop. TMZ reports he was cited for running a stop sign and driving without a valid California license; Justin’s reps haven’t publicly commented.
Unfortunately, after the incident Justin couldn’t drive himself home, so his unidentified passenger had to play chauffeur. Driving Mr. Lazy, anyone?
We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for the inevitable photos of Justin standing in line at the DMV. Let’s hope he wears a grill for his new driver’s license photo.Source: TMZ
