Okay, Klaine fans. Prepare to get insanely excited. Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) may have been broken up for most of Glee Season 4, but it looks like the couple is very much back on when Glee returns for Season 5 on Thursday, September 26.
On Tuesday, September 17, the show released the full audio of Kurt and Blaine dueting to the Beatles song, “Got to Get You Into My Life” during the Season 5 premiere... and we like the sound of things.
“Oooh, you were meant to be near me,” Blaine sings to Kurt. “Oooh, and I want you to hear me.” Kurt then chimes in, and the two duet, “Say we’ll be together every day. Got to get you into my life.”
Up next, Blaine takes the lead again, “What can I do, what can I be? When I’m with you I want to stay.” Uh... can it just be the premiere already? We can’t wait to hear the rest of this song!
We’ve already seen spoiler photos of actors Darren and Chris filming this scene, so we know that the songs ends with a kiss! And, yes, it’s a good one.
What’s more, later in the episode, Blaine will serenade Kurt with “All You Need Is Love,” and there’s plenty of evidence that this song might be his way of proposing! (Also: Kurt. Ring. Photo. That is all.)
But we’re getting a bit ahead of ourselves. This clip is all about Kurt and Blaine re-connecting at McKinley and sharing a kiss. The rest is coming... but just not until later in the episode.
