The Notorious B.I.G. was killed in a drive-by shooting almost 17 years ago, but his memory lives on in his son, C.J., also 17 years. C.J., whose full name is Chris Wallace, Jr.— named after his famous father — is being raised by his mother, singer Faith Evans.
But C.J. and Faith aren’t the only members of their famous family. After Biggie’s death, Faith became pregnant by Todd Russaw, a record company executive she met through her friend Missy Elliott.
In June of 1998, Faith and Tom welcomed their first son, Joshua. They were married just a few months later. Nine years later, Faith gave birth to the couple’s second child, Ryder, born in March 2007.
These days, her little boys are looking very grown up! Joshua is 15 years old — just over a year younger than his half-brother, C.J. — and Ryder is about to turn 7.
Back on Christmas Day, Faith took to Twitter to share a photo of Joshua as he opened up his presents on Christmas morning. The sporty teen is smiling from ear to ear, and he seems very impressed with how his holiday is going. “Someone's happy!” his mom wrote. A couple months prior, she’d tweeted a photo of Ryder chillin’ at what looks to be an amusement park. “Sunday #funday with my Ryder!” she tweeted.
In addition to C.J., Joshua and Ryder, Faith also has a daughter, Chyna, 22, with music producer Kiyamma Griffin. Sounds like a pretty full house to us!
