You guys, Charlie Sheen is going to make more money at one set time than any of us will probably ever see in our life times. And while we enjoy the “stars, they’re just like us” moments when we see them pumping gas or picking their noses, it’s moments like this (or crashing a $125,000 Mercedes two weeks after you get your license, Kylie) that make us realize that stars really do live in Tinseltown.
TMZ announced today that Charlie Sheen is, like, thisclose to making $150,000,000 in one fell swoop. How, you may ask, did he go from getting fired from Two and a Half Men to getting paid a whole bunch of money? It’s simple, really: The man is a great at winning.
Charlie got fired from Two and a Half Men because, as he says, he was “in the middle of a psychotic break,” and had a touch of the angries, which cost him his $2 million per episode guarantee. But now, he’s 50 episodes in to FX series Anger Management, which is halfway to a very big milestone.
The premise of the show is pretty perfect for Charlie, actually: A former baseball player (Charlie) becomes an anger management specialist (is that irony?) after a career-ending injury (um, snapping a bat over his leg). And, when it hits the 100-episode mark, it’s eligible to go into syndication. TMZ reports that when that does happen, Sir Charles is set to make all the moneys.
The one catch? He has to make it to October 2014, when the 100th episode will be filmed. Can he do it? Of course. He’s Charlie Sheen.Source: TMZ
