Luke Bryan has more than a million followers on Twitter (@LukeBryanOnline), and he pays attention to each and every one of them. The country music hitmaker recalls a recent event where a tweet from a fan motivated him to personally handle a problematic situation with one of his shows.

"You get weird, funny requests on Twitter," he told The Boot and other reporters at a recent media event. "With our fan club, I was seeing a lot of fans were having some issue with the way the fan club tickets were being handled in one of the shows. So I was able to correspond with that fan, and be like, 'Listen, we'll be on it.' We actually went and saw the potential problem, and made the fans that it was affecting negatively, made them happy."
