Chris Harrison, everyone, he’s a romantic. And you have to be, hosting The Bachelor and The Bachelorette for so long. In our imaginations, the ordained host with the most strolls the streets in search of lost souls who just need a few roses in their lives. Regardless of how Harrison spends his days (we’re not ones to judge, pal), we at least know where he’s going to be on the first day of 2014 — at a wedding.
Chris has partnered with Farmers Insurance for their Picture Perfect Weddings contest. Basically, couples from all over can compete to get married atop the Farmers Insurance Love Float in the 2014 Rose Parade (how fitting) during the Rose Bowl festivities. Three couples will get hitched on high, with Herr Harrison officiating their vows.
But that’s not all, according to the Farmers statement, “Once chosen, our three finalist couples will participate in a series of wedding and life planning competitions, where they’ll learn first-hand how smarter planning can help make their dreams come true.” And what does the lucky numero uno couple win? 25 grand.
The couples also get round trip airfare and hotel accommodations, a wedding dress from Alfred Angelo, a tuxedo from Friar Tux for the groom, wedding bands, hair and makeup did, two tickets to the Rose Bowl, a romantic five-night honeymoon in the Cook Islands, and — of course — a one-year supply of roses. Which, if you’re anything like Chris, is a lot.
For details on how to win, check out Farmers Insurance’s Picture Perfect Weddings page, and who knows — you and your man could me saying “I do” inches from Chris’s perfectly coiffed ‘do.Source:Farmers Insurance’s Picture Perfect Weddings
