50 Cent may be a successful rapper, but we're not convinced how good he is at being a decent human being.
Hot on the heels of the domestic abuse charges filed against him this summer — following an arrest in June — the 38-year-old posted text to Instagram containing jokes about violence toward women.
He immediately deleted the posts — but not before BuzzFeed took screenshots of the incendiary text.
"Pimp guidelines to keep a thot," reads one — "thot" being a slang term synonymous with "ho," or so says Urban Dictionary.
The "guidelines" listed over the span of the two Instagram images are all fairly offensive and misogynistic, but #4 is the worst: "Every now and then, knock her ass out."
50 Cent is currently facing one count of domestic violence and four counts of vandalism from that June arrest — in which his ex-girlfriend, Daphne Joy, accused him of destroying her condo and kicking her. He faces five years in prison and $46,000 in fines if convicted.
We doubt that 50 Cent — whose real name is Curtis Jackson — actually created the list. It seems like the sort of Instagram post that gets reposted virally. But even so, he's still guilty of at least finding the list humorous enough to share with his 1.4 million Instagram followers.
Is there any excuse for 50's posts, or is it totally reprehensible? Give us your take below.Source: BuzzFeed
