Did you know Tulsa has the third highest concentration of Art Deco architecture in the United States? Learn more interesting facts all while enjoying fantastic T-town cuisine.
Happy hour begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Vault's Tom Tom Room where we'll hear from owner, Libby Auld, on why she chose the old bank building for her newest restaurant. Attendees will board the Cheyenne Bus Company’s Double Decker bus at 6:30 p.m. and travel to three downtown destinations to enjoy food and learn from some of Tulsa's architects.
We'll enjoy Lambrusco’z appetizers at AHHA where guest speaker, Bet Pfeifer from Selser Schaefer, while share details about the construction of the new Brady building. Dinner will be served at The Tavern, where we'll learn from Tom Wallace of Wallace Engineering. The event wraps up with a Deco-District architectural lesson by Scott Vrooman of TriArch Architecture and dessert at Mod’s.
Tickets are $39.95 and include meals, transportation and a limited bar on the bus. Alcohol is not included at the restaurants. Tickets are transferable but not refundable - if you can no longer attend, you must find somebody to attend in your place.
