The Tulsa Juliette Low Leadership Society (JLLS) is trading in its traditional colors for something more patriotic this year, dedicating their 2013 luncheon to the men and women of the armed forces. From selling war bonds to preparing cookie care packages and writing letters of appreciation, Girl Scouts has a rich history in supporting our country’s military. The Juliette Low Leadership Society has joined forces with Folds of Honor founder Major Dan Rooney and his wife Jacqy, who will serve as Honorary Chairs, and Retired Major General LaRita Aragon, who will deliver the luncheon’s keynote address.
Email jlls@gseok.org, call 918-745-5202, or visit us online at www.gseok.org/jlls for more information. Juliette Low Leadership Society memberships and sponsorships are available, ranging from $750-$25,000. Individual tickets are $125. The funds raised will support Girl Scout programs in eastern Oklahoma.
