Time : 8AM - 4PM Location : ORU Aerobics Center Individual competition will start on Saturday at 8:00 am. (Heats will begin every 20 minutes from 8:00 am through 5:40 pm) Individual participants will swim, bike then run. Maximum of participants is 180. (Limited space- Please register early) Prizes will be awarded for the top overall Male and Female, and top overall Best swim, Best Bike and Best Run. Prizes will also be awarded to winning Males and Females in each age group(10-15, 16-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55, 56-65,66+) Food and drinks will be provided for each participant during the individual competition. Team competition will start on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 pm. (Heats will begin every 30 minutes from 2:00 pm through 5:30 pm) Each team will consist of 3 participants. (One swimmer, one biker and one runner) Maximum of teams is 48. (Limited space- Please register early) Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
