The Alzheimer's Association Annual Caregiver Conference will take place on Thursday, November 8th, at the downtown Doubletree Hotel located at 616 W. 7th Street. Registration and Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m; conference ends at 4pm. Our Keynote Speaker this year is best-selling author and journalist, Gail Sheehy. Other topics include an overview of the latest Alzheimer's Research, Caregiving and Legal Issues, VA Services and Benefits as well as an interactive session which provides an opportunity for the Caregiver to "Experience the World as a Person with Dementia'.
